PPI Showcase
23 JUL 2026
Attendance at this event is open to all except members of the press and media.
For 25 years, the PPI has worked to provide rigorous, impartial, and evidence-based research to inform pensions policymaking and improve retirement outcomes. Our work is used by government and across Westminster, industry and consumer groups, helping decision-makers better understand the long-term implications of policy choices and the impact they have on people’s lives in retirement.
This webinar will provide an opportunity to look back at some of the major areas of research launched by the PPI this year, including work on DB surplus release, pension megafunds, guided retirement solutions, and the experiences and outcomes of low earners.
We will also share an overview of the PPI’s forward-looking research agenda and the key policy questions we expect to explore during the remainder of 2026 and beyond. This will include emerging areas of focus across pensions and later life policy, forthcoming research projects, and opportunities for organisations to support and sponsor upcoming PPI research. We are keen to hear directly from attendees about the issues and challenges they believe deserve greater evidence and analysis, and to explore ideas for future areas of work that organisations would be interested in developing with the PPI.
Above all, we hope the webinar will provide a chance to bring together the wide range of people who engage with and support the PPI’s work, to share ideas, and continue the evidence-led discussions that underpin better policymaking and better outcomes for everyone.
