Helena O'Brien
POLICY ANALYST
Helena recently joined the PPI as a Policy Analyst. Born in Brisbane, she studied social sciences at Sciences Po Paris, and worked for a GovTech firm in Berlin.
She completed her MSc in Political Economy at the LSE, where she wrote her dissertation on the effects of Pension Freedoms and the role of occupational class.
She is particularly interested in the challenges of decumulation, and the role of housing inequalities in shaping future retirement adequacy.
