She brings over a decade of experience in the charity and not-for-profit sector, following an earlier career in recruitment where she progressed from Consultant to Regional Manager, leading operations across London and Kent.
In her current role, Danielle leads the Institute’s external relations strategy, overseeing communications, stakeholder engagement, marketing, and events. She plays a central role in strengthening the PPI’s visibility, credibility, and influence across the pensions and later-life landscape.
She is responsible for the development and delivery of integrated communications and engagement activity, including the PPI’s publications, events, and digital channels, ensuring that the Institute’s work reaches and resonates with key audiences. Danielle also contributes to organisational strategy and income generation, identifying opportunities for collaboration and sustainable growth, and maintaining strong relationships with the PPI’s Supporters and stakeholders.
Danielle provides strategic leadership to the External Relations team and works with the External Relations Committee to ensure that the Institute remains outward-looking and responsive to the evolving policy environment. She was instrumental in the creation and successful launch of the PPI’s Knowledge Sharing Seminars: An Introduction to the UK Pensions System, which have become a valued resource across the sector. Danielle continues to host these sessions, combining her commitment to clarity and engagement with her passion for making complex policy issues accessible to diverse audiences.
