Technical Report: Care Funding
The Pensions Policy Institute (PPI) is today publishing a 'Technical Report: Care Funding', sponsored by The Association of British Insurers.
The report seeks to examine the impacts of the changes to the social care funding on different groups of people, and identify the population groups whose care costs will be fully funded by the state, partially funded by the state, or self-funded. It also aims to determine the sources of wealth that people may use to meet the costs of care. The report also considers the extent to which additional sources of income or wealth help them meet their care and care-related costs.
