PPI Knowledge Sharing Seminars: a guide to the UK pensions system NEW FOR 2017
The PPI is delighted to announce the introduction of a programme of Knowledge Sharing Seminars. Following our first seminar in February we have confirmed the final dates for the remainder of 2017. The Knowledge Sharing Seminars will deliver an overview of the current UK pensions system, and reflect upon policy changes and benefit uprating announcements.
The seminars form an ideal part of new employees inductions.
Each session will reflect the current position of, and legislated future changes to, the UK pensions system. Seminars will accrue 2 hours of CPD.
Topics covered will include:
- State Pension
- The triple lock
- Changes to State Pension age
- Private pension provision
- Tax relief
- Automatic Enrolment
- Lifetime ISAs
Knowledge Sharing Seminar Dates:
- Thursday 12th October 2017, 2pm - 4.30pm
Don’t take our word for it, read what our attendees said about our first seminar:
“I've recommended that any new starter on our team attend this course, I think it was brilliant and wish I had had the opportunity to attend when I started last year. This was an excellently presented overview. I really liked that it also provided context as to how the system has changed.” Anna Sharkey—Policy Assistant ABI (PPI Silver Members)
